ILIAS SIKDER comes from humble beginnings in his hometown of Bangladesh. Upon emigrating to the United States in 1994 he excelled in leadership and entrepreneurship, a true example of the American Dream.
Ilias is a seasoned and results-oriented real estate investor with two decades of expertise in analyzing, acquiring, managing, and strategically selling mixed-use properties. Over the last 20 years, he’s tackled both the commercial and residential markets owning properties in multiple cities across Arizona and California.
Ilias began his business endeavors honing in on his management skills overseeing 150 employees at Toyota Car dealership. As the top gross earner for the company, Ilias received multiple awards including the Sales Society Silver from the University of Toyota for Outstanding Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction.
He later transferred to become an agency owner operator for Avis Car Rentals where he increased sales by 30%. As a result of his exceptional performance, he was approved to own/operate the AVIS car rental agency at San Luis Obisbo regional airport. This was an unusual feat as car rental agencies at airports are usually only owned/managed by corporations.
Ilias' entrepreneurial spirit expanded when he also purchased a full service car wash which he successfully managed and owned for 15 years with 40 employees under his supervision. He adept management skills not only ensured the smooth operation of the car wash but also fostered a positive work environment, leading to a dedicated and efficient team that contributed to the business's sustained success over the 15-year period.
Outside of entrepreneurship, Ilias is a philanthropist at heart. He received the L.A City Award for Charitable and Humanitarian Services as well as the Congressional Recognition Certificate for Extraordinary Community Services for helping people without shelter, participating in numerous charitable activities such as volunteering at non profit organizations, providing basic necessities like blankets, and providing families with groceries. International efforts include supporting Bangladeshi victims of natural disasters, Nepal earthquake victims, and Filipino tornado victims . He also dedicated a lot of time to fundraisers aimed at youth development, creation of computer learning centers and sports clubs as well as drug rehabilitation. Currently, Ilias co-operates a clinic in Bangladesh where they provide free medical treatment and medicine for elderly people and women and children.
Ilias is based in Los Angeles, California and is happily married for 22 years with two daughters.
